Hi, my name is Joanna, and pastry has been my work and passion for several years. In 2023 I graduated with an engineering degree in Gastronomy, specializing in management in gastronomy. In my thesis I focused on food safety in pastry, which I consider very important in this field.
I have many years of experience in modern pastry, gained while working in top pastry shops and attending numerous trainings. I help beginner pastry chefs improve and speed up their work, but most importantly, I help them achieve in months what would otherwise take years, thanks to my extensive knowledge and the tricks I teach during my trainings.
Sharing knowledge with others, and also creating decorations is my great passion, which is why decorations are a very important element in every workshop.
